Yoga isn't about what bodies can look like in asana—or after years of practice. Yoga at its best is about how we can feel—deeply, profoundly, connected.
Upcoming Events:

7:15-8:30PM EST: Thursday, December 5: Yoga Nidra for Saying NO
Heart of Salisbury, 120A East Innes Street, Salisbury NC 28144
Join us for a powerful Divine Sleep Yoga Nidra to build clarity, confidence, and communication. This class is especially helpful for anyone looking to instill or strengthen energetic and relational boundaries in order to achieve peace, focus, and personal power. When we constantly give to others, there is nothing left for us. Use this class as an opportunity to reset imbalances in yin/yang (receiving/giving) and identify the resources you have within you to maintain a restored and guilt-free state of being in community.
Yoga Nidra itself is receptive. The practice involves lying comfortably in savasana and being guided into a deep meditation to awaken awareness and let go of anything in the way of that inner assurance. This class is appropriate for all levels of experience, and anyone new to yoga is especially encouraged to join us! Enroll here.

10:30-11:30AM EST: Thursday, December 12: DO YOU FEEL ME? Sensory & Sex Education
National Sex Ed Conference, Double Tree by Hilton, Center City Philadelphia
Is your SexEd instruction disconnected from the body? From felt experience? It doesn't have have to be! Incorporate sensory, inquiry and mindfulness practices to help students deepen connections to the body, and skillfully navigate opportunities to connect with other bodies, if/when they want.

This workshop applies the Body Maps Yoga method, and includes mindfulness, inquiry, curiosity, visual art, and peer-to-peer communication to achieve what no other sex ed curricula have yet done. It bridges the gaps between instruction and felt experience. Between the idea and the body. Body Maps Yoga leads preteens, teens, and their teachers to know that sex is not just physical—it is sensory, creative, and alchemical. It has the power to heal—as much as it has ever had to harm us.
It is time to interrupt the secrets and the silence. It is time to stop making excuses for what we have a hard time talking about. It is time to find the words and the way to communicate. It is imperative in order to stop the patterns of hurt and harm. It is time that we begin to see sex for all that it is. And for all that it—we—can be. Register here
